If you are see the message "Invalid/Expired code, please try again" when trying to enter your address verification code there are a couple of things that could be happening.
- If you are sure that the check was started fewer than 15 days ago, it is likely that you may not be entering the code quite correctly. Double check the code carefully, making sure to enter it exactly as it appears on the letter e.g. is that number "1" actually a lower case "l"? Remember, the code is case sensitive and be sure to not include any extra characters such as spaces.
- If your code has already expired because it has been over 15 days since the check was started, all you need to do is contact the company that you are completing the check for to let them know. They may then start a new check with a new code you need to enter here.
